Key Concept: Multi-purpose functional space for traditional activities
The design considers all elements to reflect the surroundings, harsh climate, and natural context. The UTVC building volume consists of three main sections: the main event hall, museum, and restaurant area. The main building covers a construction area of 3,450 sqm, with a total GFA of 6,090 sqm. It has two levels, with a total height of 11.5 meters.
First Level: Includes a main event hall with a capacity of 1,000 persons, a restaurant, a museum, local branding shops (food, beverages, cashmere), and access to the outdoor seating area of the horse racing arena.
Second Level: Contains seating areas accessed from two sides, co-working spaces, staff office area, and incubator centers.
This design aims to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing space that respects both historical context and contemporary needs.
