Key Concept: Tourist Street, Inclusive design, Youth street

The design concept for the Tourist Streets aims to enhance local tourism by creating inclusive and vibrant spaces. Located near key areas and surrounded by undeveloped plains, the project site features a nearly flat terrain with easy access from main roads. The design includes 12 to 28 vendor spaces, with retail areas ranging from 23 to 56 m², accommodating both single and multiple owners. Key goals include promoting local goods and services, strengthening connections between aimag centers and tourist sites, enriching visitor experiences, ensuring sustainability, and integrating management for cultural heritage sites. The concept also emphasizes gender inclusivity, efficient waste management, and creating a pedestrian-friendly environment.
