FAÇADE RENOVATION OF STATE SWIMMING CENTER

Key Concept: Revitalizing the building façade while reminiscing about the historic image and blending it with a contemporary style.

Our team was commissioned to redesign the existing façade of the State Swimming Pool, which is now part of Etugen Campus. The entire building has been renovated both inside and outside to extend its lifecycle and serve as an educational space for Etugen students. The central idea of the façade renovation is to revitalize the building while preserving its historic image, blending it with a contemporary style.

The façade pattern reflects sunlight at different angles, creating a sense of motion for passersby. Each corner is covered with brass-colored capping, and the window frames are highlighted with pop-up brass steel to accentuate their positions without disrupting the overall façade and building volume.
