ETUGEN STUDENT HUB

Key Concept: New environment and hub for student

The Student Hub is designed to provide students with a comfortable environment outside of school hours to develop themselves, spend their free time productively, and promote cooperation.

The proposed building will be located on the west side of the Central Pool Complex building and will be half-protruding from the ground and half-embedded. The goal of the project is to create a mutually supportive architectural space without disrupting the image of the existing building. The front and back ends of the building are pressed, and the building is designed with a slope that allows people to naturally enter the main part of the Student Hub.

The roof is considered the fifth facade of the building. In keeping with this principle, a space will be created where students can move and communicate freely, sit and rest, and gather for meetings. The roof space will not only be a place to relax but also an area for meetings and events.

The interior of the building is open-plan and designed to be decorated according to the needs of various events. It has flexible planning to organize art and culture training events such as conferences, exhibitions, concerts, lectures, and seminars. Additionally, it includes a coffee corner, internet corner, open lecture areas, library corners, closed meeting spaces, and workshop spaces for student clubs. The center will be the heart of the university and the first building dedicated to the students.
