Key Concept: Respecting its surrounding while integrating historical and cultural context

The Children’s Cultural complex is located in 5th khoroo, Chingeltei District, Ulaanbaatar city and is designed on the land of 1.1 hectare area.

It will be composed of Puppet Theater and Children’s Central Library building and landscape for kids and play area. The center is set to be harmonious with the site, respecting its surroundings and historical and cultural context and aims to be preferable destination for kids and their family, having integrated contemporary trends.

The total GFA of the project is around 20,000 sqm, having terraced storeys of 2-6 above the ground level. The central idea is that all part of this center is designed to allow accessibility for everyone and creates “journey space” inside and outside.
