Key Concept: Mixed-Use, High-Rise, Integration
This New Tall Building is a pioneering high-rise construction in Ulaanbaatar, offering a design and solution that meets global standards. It provides a modern and comfortable space for guests while engaging with public spaces on both its east and west sides, avoiding overly close urban planning. This 55-story building stands out in Ulaanbaatar’s skyline, stretching from the east to west sides of Peace Avenue and north to south along Chinggis Avenue.
The design aims to create a dynamic appearance by integrating four-sided sectional elements, making the building mass appear slimmer. The exterior façade features triple glazing and metal cladding, coordinated with the Eco International Tower’s design and materials. The building’s façade includes aqua-panel metal and glass, with fire-resistant, weatherproof nano-coated metal in a dominant gray color. The glass façade is UV-protected, tempered, laminated, and insulated up to 1100mm above each floor level, significantly reducing energy loss.
This innovative design not only highlights the building’s unique architectural style but also ensures durability and energy efficiency.
